9mm Blue Zircon Diamond Cut

Why is this excellent quality and nicely cut 9mm sky blue Zircon at a reduced price? There are small inclusions at the back of the gem that are very hard to spot with the naked eye but you can see clearly in the 10x zoom video. The starting price was cheap as well because this is a D-grade color for blue zircon, it has some white color zoning. This gemstone has become a very affordable excellent value and quality gemstone calibrated at 9mm, and with an eventual wholesale discount would become a "real steal".
