Clean enough and top quality typical royal blue sapphire from Pailin. This gemstone was charcoal heated 30 minutes and this is the best possible color for blue sapphire. this gemstone is eye clean though there are a few tiny inclusion at the bottom that can be observed only with a 10x loupe.
